Martin and Tavi (Foht) Kemps of Oregon, announce the birth of their daughter, Rylee Anne Kemps, at 7:33 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 2 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.
Rylee weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Linda Foht of Platteville, Frank and Maureen Foht of Las Vegas, Nev., Barbara Kemps of Menasha, and Don and Trudy Kemps of Neshkoro.
Rylee’s father is a civil engineer at Mead and Hunt in Madison. Her mother is a licensed clinical social worker and clinical team manager of Outpatient Services at Journey Mental Health Center in Madison.

A daughter, Emery Jean Kenefick, was born at 1:38 a.m. on May 26, 2024, at The Richland Hospital to Austin and Whitney Kenefick. She weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21.5 inches long. She joins a sister, Harper, 3 years old. Grandparents are Mary and Todd Kenefick of Richland Center, Jeanna and Jerry Jones of Soldiers Grove, Cliff Copus and Mayann Merriman of Mount Zion. Great-grandparent is Dona Kenefick of Sun Prairie. The father is a grinder at Scot Industries and the mother is health unit clerk at Richland Hospital.
