Amy and Michael Smith of Mineral Point are the parents of a son, Holden Alexander, born on Aug. 26, 2012 at Upland Hills Health. He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
Grandparents include Diane and Francis Smith of Mineral Point and Paul Rakow of Blue River.

A daughter, Emery Jean Kenefick, was born at 1:38 a.m. on May 26, 2024, at The Richland Hospital to Austin and Whitney Kenefick. She weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21.5 inches long. She joins a sister, Harper, 3 years old. Grandparents are Mary and Todd Kenefick of Richland Center, Jeanna and Jerry Jones of Soldiers Grove, Cliff Copus and Mayann Merriman of Mount Zion. Great-grandparent is Dona Kenefick of Sun Prairie. The father is a grinder at Scot Industries and the mother is health unit clerk at Richland Hospital.
