Thursday, July 4—Jaclyn Budworth and Nicolas Witzig of Lancaster, a son, Talyn Joseph Witzig, 7 pounds 9 ounces, 20.5 inches long, born at 2:25 a.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. He joins a sibling, Layne Hendrix. Grandparents are Joe and Julie Budworth and Tyrone and Karla Witzig.
