Richard and Sara Kinney of Blue River are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching wedding of their son, Ryan, to Jessie Marie Fox, daughter of Gary and Tammy Fox of Granger, Ind. Ryan is a 2007 graduate of Herzing College in Madison with a degree in Technology Management and is currently employed as an engineer in the chassis division of MOR/ryde International in Elkhart, Ind. Jessie is a 2007 graduate of Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Ind. with a degree in Elementary Education and is currently the fourth grade teacher in the Penn Harris Madison School District in Mishawaka, Ind. The wedding is planned for July 28, 2012 in Granger, Ind., with a reception to follow in South Bend, Ind. They will make their home in Osceola, Ind.
