Leahy and Henke unite in marriage

Alyson Leahy and Chad Henke were united in marriage on Sept. 14, 2013 at Galena Cellars Winery in Galena, Ill. at 2:00 p.m.  The officiant for the ceremony was Jim McCrea.
    Musicians were Willie Doyle of Shullsburg who is a cousin of the bride and Lee Henke of Minneapolis, Minn., a cousin of the groom. Soloist was Scott Leahy, brother of the bride.
    The bride is the daughter of Dave and Roxanne Leahy of Shullsburg, and was given in marriage by her father. Beth Teutschmann, Eau Claire, a friend of the bride, served as the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Heather Holznecht, Chicago, Ill; Katie Hertrampf, Los Angeles, Calif. and Kristen Christianson, Madison, all friends of the bride. 
    The groom is the son of Dean and Pam Henke of Vesper. Andrew Hartung of Elmwood, a friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Zack Henke, Vesper, brother of the groom; Tom Stock, Los Angeles, Calif. and Andrew Dillard, Wauwatosa, both friends of the groom. Ushers were Scott Leahy and Ryan Leahy, both brothers of the bride, from Platteville.
    Following the wedding ceremony, a reception was held at the Galena, Ill. Convention Center.
    The bride received a degree in graphic arts from UW-Platteville and is currently employed by Sun Printing in Wausau.
    The groom received a degree in electrical engineering from UW-Platteville and is employed by 3-M Company in Wausau.
    The couple honeymooned in Minneapolis, Minn. and currently reside in Wausau.
