A 25-year-old Bagley woman was arrested after a traffic stop in Bagley Dec. 29.
A car driven by Justine Foreyt was stopped at East Bluff Street and East Chicago Street around 10:10 p.m. Foreyt was arrested on a Grant County warrant, and was found to have an expired driver’s license, according to the sheriff’s department.
The Grant County K-9 Diego alerted to the presence of narcotics, and a search revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to the sheriff’s department.
In addition to the warrant, Foreyt was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and cited for not having a valid driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

A sheriff’s deputy stopped a car driven by Jeremy Jones on U.S. 18 in the Town of Fennimore Sunday around 8:25 p.m.
The deputy noticed the odor of marijuana and “observed signs of marijuana use,” according to the sheriff’s department.
Jones was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jones’ passenger, Jenna Lavery, 24, Fitchburg, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 19-year-old Muscoda woman was arrested on charges of operating under a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Anna Frazier was stopped by a Grant County deputy on Nebraska Street in Muscoda for an equipment violation Saturday around 12:15 a.m.
The deputy noticed the odor of marijuana coming from inside the car, the sheriff’s department said. Frazier admitted to smoking marijuana before driving, according to the sheriff’s department.
