An autopsy has revealed the cause of death to an Orion Township woman whose body was found in her home on February 20.

Rachael A. Pauls, 32, was found not breathing and with significant facial injuries by Richland County Sheriff’s Department deputies who responded to a call made to 9-1-1 by a concerned citizen.
