Kellen Jeffords, 24, accused of beating resturant owner Young Su Kim, 42, before burglarizing his Wasabi Restaurant in Prairie du Chien on October 21, made an inital appearance in Crawford County Circuit Court on Monday before Judge James Czajkowski. He appeared with attourney Jeff Erickson. Another Defendant, Jacob Erwin, 24, also made an inital appearance with his attorney Amanda Tisdale facing the same charges of burglary and batter. A third defendant Thomans Wilkins, 22, was scheduled to make his inital appearance later this week. Kim remained hospitalized at Gundersen Hospital in LaCrosse.
