PLATTEVILLE — A 19-year-old East Troy man was cited for driving too fast for conditions after a crash on Southwest Road Thursday evening.

Conner J. Scadden was cited after the two-car crash around 5:55 p.m.

•         Casey T. Vaassen, 25, Lancaster, was cited for inattentive driving after a two-car crash in front of 1290 E. Business 151 Jan. 29. Vaassen’s car rear-ended a car around 4:50 p.m., according to police.
