Lancaster High School instructor Eric Mumm was named Teacher of the Year by the Herb Kohl Educational Foundation for 2021. The Lancaster native shares a few thoughts about teaching the past year during COVID, seeing his community help students, and one of the educational influences on him when he was growing up.
