NORTH CRAWFORD - Though many may still be enjoying that summer vacation feeling, new North Crawford School District superintendent Scott Uppena has hit the ground running. From a move to relocate to the area, to continuing to prepare next year’s budget and for the return of students, to assessing lightning strike damage to the school’s electronics, Uppena has plenty on his plate.
