The 159th Lafayette County Fair got underway last Tuesday, July 14 and went through Sunday, July 19. Bill Moody commented, “Attendance was up across the board. Great shows, mostly good weather - very happy with this year’s fair.”
    The livestock auction prices again soared to new records, unofficially in the $350,000 neighborhood.
   Pictured is the rodeo, which was held Wednesday evening, had positive comments all around from fairgoers.
