Tomah VA releases 100-day plan to improve patient care

The Tomah VA Medical Center  Nov. 27 announced a new plan to further improve patient care.

The 100-Day Plan is focused on rebuilding trust with veterans, employees and other stakeholders through transparency and accountability.  The plan specifically addresses restoring trust, access to care, employee engagement, best practices and becoming a high performance network.

Matthew Gowan of Tomah VA Public Affairs said the 100-Day Plan will serve as a bridge from its previous 30-Day Plan to its Strategic Direction document.
