The last of the trailers at Evergreen Trailer Park on Highway 133 on the east side of Boscobel were removed Monday, October 7, to make room for self-service storage buildings. The Boscobel Plan Commission will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 5:30 p.m. to consider a request by owner Doug Weadge to rezone the property from Residential Mobile Home Park District to a Planned Unit Development that would permit construction of self-service storage buildings. The last of the trailers at Evergreen Trailer Park on Highway 133 on the east side of Boscobel were removed Monday, October 7, to make room for self-service storage buildings. The Boscobel Plan Commission will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 5:30 p.m. to consider a request by owner Doug Weadge to rezone the property from Residential Mobile Home Park District to a Planned Unit Development that would permit construction of self-service storage buildings. Final action on the rezoning will be made by the Common Council. Weadge has yet to formally close on the sale of the property to Bob Bremer of Bremer Sales.
