The Platteville Police Department is taking part in a “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” mobilization through Sept. 7. 

“Our main focus on this mobilization is prevent people from driving impaired and to stop the folks that decide to anyway,” said Officer Matt Froiseth. “Infractions such as driving or riding in a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt, speeding, moving or equipment violations will be specifically targeted.”
