They took the clothes off their backs

Despite 4-degree temperatures and rescheduling one week later than the original schedule due to ice, UW–Platteville students participated in the second annual Nearly Naked Run Thursday night. Participants took off most of the clothing they wore to the start of the run for donation to Family Advocates and Grant County Social Services. That was followed by a half-mile run around campus, with Pioneer Pete, probably the warmest participant, cheering on the runners.
