A Memorial Service for Anne Elizabeth Bottrell, 83, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb.16, at the First United Methodist Church, West Plains, Missouri.
  Mrs. Bottrell died at 2:15 p.m., Monday, Feb. 4, at her home.
