Anthony James “Tony” Warczak, 61, Cottage Grove, passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, July 20, 2020, at UW Hospital and Clinics surrounded by his loving family at his side. 
A Celebration of Tony’s Life using the current COVID-19 practices will be held at Century Hall, 213 E. Front St., Wauzeka, from 12-4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020.
