A memorial service with full military honors for retired Sgt. 1st Class Arthur Harold Ley Sr., 73, Killeen, Texas, originally from Livingston, was held on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018 at Chisolm’s Family Funeral Home in Killeen. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Mr. Ley died Aug. 30, 2018, in Killeen.
