Memorial services with full military honors for retired Sgt. 1st Class Arthur Harold Ley, Sr., 73, of Killeen, Tex., originally from Livingston, Wis., were held on Sept. 6 at Chisolm’s Family Funeral Home in Killeen. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
