Beth Ann Busch, 60, of Apple River, Ill., passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 with her family by her side at the Lafayette Manor in Darlington.

Private family services will be held at the Bartell-Leamon Funeral Home in Warren, Ill.

Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Apple River, Ill.
