Frances C. Bevan, 89, Platteville, died on Monday, Nov. 3 at Orchard Manor in Lancaster.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 10 at First English Lutheran Church in Platteville. Rev. Michael Short officiated. Burial was at Lima Union Cemetery. Visitation was from 3–7 p.m. on Sunday at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville and from 10 a.m. until the time of the services on Monday at the church.
