Harry G. Millard, 79, Dubuque, passed away in the comfort of his home with the family he cherished on Wednesday, Nov. 23.

Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3 at the Livingston United Methodist Church. Pastor Ty Hines will  officiate. Burial will be at Rock Church Cemetery in rural Livingston where military rites will be accorded. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Dec. 3 at the church.
