Helen Frontz, 80, Belmont, died on Monday, July 27 at Sienna Crest Assisted Living in Mineral Point.

Mass of Christian burial was at noon on Friday, July 31 at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Belmont. Monsignor Monte Robinson officiated. Burial was at Resurrection Cemetery in Belmont. Visitation was from 10 a.m. until the time of the mass at the church. The Melby Funeral Home and Crematory in Platteville, is serving the family.  Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.
