Howard D. Chapman, 78, of Boscobel, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 at Gundersen Health Care in Boscobel, as a result of a horse accident on his farm in Marietta Valley Township, rural Boscobel.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 1, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Noel Mayes will officiate. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, rural Boscobel. Friends may call on Sunday, June 30, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel and also on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. 

Military honors will be accorded.
