James Collins, 64, of Mt. Hope, died unexpectedly on Monday afternoon November 17, 2014 at his residence in Mt. Ida Township, rural Mt. Hope.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore with burial at St. Lawrence O’Toole Catholic Church Cemetery in Mt. Hope Township, Grant County. Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore where a Parish Rosary was said at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
