James (Jim) Eugene Belland, formally of Green Bay, Wisconsin, passed away in his home in North Carolina with his family at his side on Aug. 18, 2021.

A service will be held at Greenbush, Wisconsin Cemetery at a later date. Kahlert Funerals and Cremations, Maysville, North Carolina, is assisting the family.
