John Robert Hoffman, 71, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa.

The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 27, 2021, at the Fennimore United Methodist Church in Fennimore. Immediately following the funeral service at the church, the family invited everyone for food and fellowship in the church hall. Burial was in the Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster. Visitation was held from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Monday morning.
