John Edwin “Baldy” Kauffman Jr., 90, Fennimore, died on Friday, April 3, 2015 at the VA Medical Center in Madison.

He was born on August 30, 1924 in Millville, Ia., the son of John Sr. and Opal (Miller) Kauffman.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the Fennimore United Methodist Church. Burial with military honors will follow in the Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Thursday morning.
