Joslin L. Howen, age 4, of Lancaster, died of natural causes on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011, at her home.  Funeral services were held on Monday, Oct. 10 at 10:30 a.m. at the Lancaster United Methodist Church with Rev. Barbara Cook officiating. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster. The Schwartz Funeral Home in Lancaster assisted the family.  A Joslin L. Howen Memorial Fund has been established.
