Kevin R. Stastny, 39, of Platteville,  formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died on Sunday, April 17, 2016.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday, April 22, at Hope Lutheran Church, 2736 Bowling St. SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 52404.  Pastor Dan Clark-Bridges will officiate.  Friends may call from 4 – 7 p.m. Thursday, April 21, at the church.  The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, is assisting the family.  Memorials may be made to the Kevin R.
