Larry Dean Jewell, 73, of Boaz died on Monday, October 25, 2021, at Gundersen Health Systems in La Crosse. 

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 6, at 11:00 a.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 5, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel and again on Saturday, November 6, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
