STEUBEN—Long time Steuben resident, Lawrence T. Bay (Larry) died on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Orchard Manor in Lancaster.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 13 at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Seneca.  Monsignor Roger Scheckel  and Father  Zacharie Beya co-officiated with burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
