Lillian M. Mezera, 72, West Bend, died on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. 

The funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel, West Bend. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (230 East Ohio St, Chicago, IL  60611-3201).

The Phillip Funeral Home of West Bend assisted the family.
