Phyllis M. French, 74, Mount Hope, died on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.

Funeral services were held on Monday, March 18, 2013, at the United Methodist Church in Bloomington with Reverend Mary Ann Floerke officiating.  Burial was in Hermitage Cemetery, Mount Hope.
