Richard “Dick” Binns, 81 of Oconomowoc, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012, at his home. He was born July 21, 1930, in Monroe, the son of Raymond and Edna (Milestone) Binns. Dick grew up in South Wayne and graduated from South Wayne High School in 1948. A memorial service was held Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at 11 a.m. Burial will be held at a later date in South Wayne Union Cemetery in rural South Wayne. A visitation was held Tuesday, June 26, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Full obituary in the June 28, 2012 issue of the Republican Journal.
