Richard D. ‘Dick’ Spencer, 71, of Rockbridge passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. 

A Celebration of Life was held on Saturday, March 7, at Turbo’s Bar in Hub City. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service assisted the family with arrangements.
