Richard A. Martens, 86, passed away at Ascension Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh on Sunday, Nov. 19.

A service for Richard will be held at First English Lutheran church in Platteville on Wednesday, Dec. 27 at 10 a.m., with a luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association.
