Roger E. “Payday” Jentz Sr., 73, Potosi, passed into eternal life on Monday, Sept. 2, 2013 very peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Unity Point Finley Hospital in Dubuque.

A celebration of life service will be from 2–4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14 at  Ss. Andrew–Thomas School in Potosi.   There will be a private family burial at a later date in Van Buren Cemetery. The Miller Funeral Home of East Dubuque is assisting the family. The family requests no flowers or plants. A Roger E. Jentz Sr. Memorial Fund has been established.
