Rosemary F. Oyen, 84, of Potosi, died on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 21 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Tennyson. Fr. Richard Leffler officiated. Burial was at the church cemetery. Visitation was from 3–7 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20 at the Melby Funeral Home and Crematory in Platteville. There was a parish rosary at 2:45 p.m. Visitation was also on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
