Steven Thomas Foley, beloved husband, father, and grandpa passed away April 6, 2024 at his home in Rochester, Minn., surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Steve was born on January 27,1955 in LaCrosse, Wisc. to Patrick and Phyllis (DuCharme) Foley.
He graduated from Seneca High School in 1973, and UW-LaCrosse in 1977. During college he interned with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in St. Paul. He then joined IBM Rochester where he retired after 40 years.

Funeral Service will be held at 11a.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home, 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN 55901. Visitation will start one hour prior to the service.
