Thomas C. Higgins, age 96, of Richland Center, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Schmitt Woodland Hills. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s the Assumption Catholic Church in Richland Center. Fr. Nathan Kuhn will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary’s the Assumption Catholic Church or Schmitt Woodland Hills.
