Thomas Clinton “Tom” Baker, 58, of Tulsa, Okla., formerly of Platteville, passed away Friday, Jan. 5 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

A celebration of Tom’s life will be held on Sunday, Jan. 14 at 10:30 a.m. at the Harry and Laura Nohr Gallery, Ullsvik Hall, University of Wisconsin–Platteville. Nephew, Justin Griffin, will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
