Thomas E. Hawkins, 65, passed away on October 29, 2018, at Agrace HospiceCare, Fitchburg. 

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, at Hooverson Funeral Home, Sauk City. A private family service will be held.
