Thomas J. ‘Tommy Joe’ Kinney, 79, of Muscoda passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020, at Home With A Heart Care Center. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 7, at 2:30 p.m. at Stafford Funeral Home in Richland Center.  Monsignor Michael Gorman will officiate with burial in St. Philip’s Catholic Cemetery in Rolling Ground.  Visitation will be held on Friday at Stafford Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Phillip’s Cemetery Association or Home With A Heart Care Center. Online condolences can be made at www.staffordfuneralhomes.com.
