Vincent ‘Monty’ Slapak, 78, of Muscoda passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Pine Valley Community Village.

Graveside services were held on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at the Muscoda Cemetery. Military graveside rites were conducted by the Muscoda American Legion Post 85. The family requested people wear flannel to honor Monty. A time of sharing was held at the Muscoda Sportsman’s Club, 18849 Sportsman Drive, Muscoda, following the graveside service. The family requests memorials in Monty’s name be directed to the Red Cross or Agrace Hospice. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
