William J. “Bill” Ewoldt, age 77 of Blue River, passed away at home with his family by his side on Monday, December 22, 2025. He was born on April 2, 1948 in Clinton, IA to the late Wilson and Irma (Cox) Ewoldt. Bill married Nancy Gardner on December 11, 1982 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Boscobel, and they were blessed with 43 years together. A memorial service for Bill was held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at the Kendall Funeral Service, 209 Mary Street, Boscobel with Rev. Chris Simonson officiating. 

A visitation was held at the funeral home from Noon until the time of the service. Bill will be laid to rest in the Boscobel Cemetery following the service.
