William Russel “Bill” James, 81, Grants Pass, Ore., died at his home on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013. Visitation was held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 26, 2013 at Chapel of the Valley - L.B. Hall Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life began at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
