The Southwest Tech Foundation announces that Potosi resident Chad Meier of Potosi is the proud recipient of the Curwood Scholarship and the Dillman Equipment, a Division of Astec Scholarship.
Curwood, an innovator in the flexible packaging industry, provides scholarships for students in Southwest Tech’s Electro-mechanical Technology program.
Dillman Equipment, a Prairie du Chien organization, supplies the asphalt industry with a complete line of asphalt plant equipment. The company works closely with Southwest Tech’s Business and Industry Services department to ensure their employees have the best skills and knowledge available.
 “My experience at Southwest Tech has been great,” Meier stated. “The instructors are great, too. I feel that Southwest Tech is giving me the tools that will help me excel in the future. It feels good knowing you’re going somewhere!”
