Becky Mumm of Bloomington, earned a scholarship this fall for her academic achievements.
Mumm received the Alliance Pipeline Scholarship and is a Mechanical Engineering Technology student at the Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) Peosta campus. Becky is the daughter of Dawn and Steve Mumm of Bloomington.
